Frequently asked questions
Do your travel for photoshoots?
I sure do! I cover far north as Northampton, South as Jurien Bay and as far east as Morawa. Travel fees apply so please get in touch for more details.
How long will it take to receive my gallery.
Galleries are usually ready within two weeks from your session but may take a little longer during busy periods.
How will I receive my gallery?
All galleries are sent via an online gallery. From this gallery you can download as many times as you like and share with friends and family.
What is your cancellation / Reschedule policy?
To reserve your session date, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required. Once booked I'm happy to reschedule if need be but I do ask for 48 hours-notice where possible.
Can I purchase additional images?
Yes absolutely! Once the final gallery is delivered you have the option to upgrade to the full gallery for an additional $150, or $15 per additional image.
What if my baby is really unsettled for our session?
Rest assured I have experience with many unsettled babies and we find a way to make it work. I'm very much baby led so if baby wants to be in Mum & Dad's arms the entire time that is fine. This is rare though and most occasions I get baby to sleep without a problem.
How does your client wardrobe work?
I send a link to my client wardrobe once you have booked your session.
will you share my photos online?
Yes, but always with your permission first. If you aren't happy with your images being shared on social media, please let me know.
Gift Vouchers T&C's
- Present gift voucher to Kindred Folk Photography to have the value deducted from any service.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Voucher must be used within two years of issue date.
- Although the value of the gift voucher may cover the cost of a service at the time of issue, it does not exempt receiver from price increases. It is recommended to use the voucher as soon as possible to avoid price increases.
